Mountain Valley Brand Beef is a family-owned local farm, raising high quality Black Angus beef. We have been farming this land in Transylvania County for 5 generations and are happy to make our premium quality, naturally raised beef available from our family to yours.
We sell quarters, halves and whole cows as well as offering individual retail cuts. Our beef is NCDA inspected.

The beef is raised the old fashioned way, meaning no growth hormones, no steroids and especially no feed antibiotics. In raising these cattle this way, we feel comfortable and at ease that we are providing you with the best, most healthy beef possible.
Humane treatment of our cattle is always a top priority. Our cattle is raised on grass pasture, with some grain.
Many people are concerned how and where their food is raised and processed as well as the stewardship to the land and environment by the producers. While raising a high quality product for you, we are dedicated to respecting and caring for the land and the wildlife as well as our cattle. |
